What Is It
It’s triggered by the drone’s onboard under-light rather than a separate transmitter channel, so there’s no additional hardware for the pilot to manage in flight — the release integrates directly into normal operation.
Because the hardware and the code behind it are both built by us, the system isn’t locked to a single fixed behaviour. Our code is available to customers to view on request, giving you peace of mind. If your mission needs a different trigger condition, a specific release sequence for two items, or integration with another onboard signal, we can build that in.
We also make a separate safety switch to arm and disarm the dropper for training, to ensure more than one person is in the loop — and simply so the pilot can’t accidentally trigger it, or cause accidents, during take-off and landing.

Most DJI payload accessories on the market are generic — built to be as widely compatible as possible, which usually means they’re not built around any one operation’s actual requirements.
