Overview

Long range one-way attack drones such as the Shahed and Geran are cheap, slow and produced in huge numbers. Defending against them with missiles and aircraft is expensive and unsustainable. A fast, low cost interceptor drone is a practical answer, and the Bolt is Firefly’s.

The Bolt is a purpose-built, high speed interceptor, designed to close on and catch these threats quickly. It is made entirely in the UK: the CAD work, the manufacture, the assembly and the 8S Li-ion battery packs, which we build ourselves.
